Nathan Bunch took on our case when no others would we were never interested in the money and wanted to get the doctors name in the news so others were aware of him in the hope eventually he'll be stripped of his pin number Nathan, Deborah and the team did this for us, and there was some money at the end of it too, it won't bring our son back to life but it will help his brother have a helping hand so that in some way he's still looking out for his younger brother even though he's not around

My experience in the beginning was amazing. The last 3 months I haven't received any reply to many emails. Considering this is a large medical negligence claim for cancer I would have expected a response. I do understand that they are going through the discovery phase and trying to update them on some extremely important information has been stressful.

A few years back I had reached out to them for an employment law situation and I was able to speak directly to a solicitor and then a partner which eventually led to me having a successful outcome overall. I was supported all the way through and expertise was strong. Recently I reached out to them to discuss a medical negligence matter. Completely opposite experience. After spending over an hour on a phone call, sharing personal details and multiple email follow-ups later, they just went silent. I did not even go beyond the enquiry handling team, let alone have a consultation with a solicitor. Such poor customer service.
