    I had a dispute with a former commercial tenant. Keely did a wonderful job steering us through to satisfactory resolution - always responsive and transparent. I later had another legal matter which Keely offered to guide me through. Her experience and advice enable me to expedite the turnaround promptly and also in a cost effective manner. Other law firms I have dealt with charge for everything and appear to push every angle for more charges. Keely really helped us manage cost effectively. Thank you

    Excellent, attentive and faultless service

    It was an absolute delight to work with Anna and her assistant Tracey. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were both always on hand for advice and guided us through the stressful and tricky process of buying and selling property seamlessly. I cannot recommend either of them enough.       Not great if I'm honest. Started well, but then when Solicitor went on leave the locum was clearly out of her depth. We had post that never arrived, emails sent with no attachments, and now we are still waiting on some more contract paperwork to be sent. We hand delivered our paperwork and even that wasn't acknowledged by the locum. We are still using them as so close to the end of buying and selling contracts , hoping it will improve now solicitor is back.. Quite disappointed as reviews on Google have all been good with the Diss branch.
