To clarify, we do not currently have a family solicitor at the firm, and your appointment was arranged with our litigation solicitor. Unfortunately, he has been attending court on a number of matters over recent weeks, and more recently has had to isolate due to testing positive for Covid. This was unforeseen and beyond our control. We fully appreciate that delays can be frustrating, particularly when you are seeking legal support, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
