We were sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service you received. We take all feedback seriously and have looked into this. We note that we contacted you straight away to arrange an appointment which you then had to rearrange. We followed up quickly after the appointment (and chased to keep momentum going) but can see that a subsequent email you sent was not picked up straight away causing a delay for which we apologise. As soon as we realised this we emailed you to (apologise and) confirm we’d made the requested changes to your draft Will with a view to finalising your Will ready for signature. After you emailed to let us know you had instructed another firm of solicitors we arranged for your payment on account to be returned and made no charge for the work carried out. We hope you have been able to finalise your Will.

House Purchase
During the early part of this year we required the services of a local solicitor to represent us in the purchase a a new home. As we had not used a solicitor for many years, our Estate Agent offered us a couple of recommendations to consider. So after making an appointment with Atkins Dellow we were immediately impressed with the helpful manner offered by the team in advising us as to how the process was going to be handled. Our appointed solicitor Emily Isted, was extremely helpful and available during the whole process. She helped and advised us throughout the whole procedure up until the completion date. The whole experience was so different from previous encounters with solicitors in past years that we have already used them again for another project.

All good with many thanks to Emily & Co. Just one minor criticism. We came into your Framlingham office, by appointment, to sign our contract, etc. This involved one contentious point for discussion and also required the documents to be read over to my visually impaired wife. I think we should have been seen in a private interview room instead of the reception area. We were told the interview rooms were 'in use' but I suspect this only meant that members of your staff were using them and did not care to be disturbed. Completed sale of No 2 Manor Farm Drive, Beyton, BSE, IP30 9GQ
I have recently completed the sale on my father’s property in Beyton, BSE. I have used Georgina Jones, Senior Associate Solicitor from AtkinsDellow in the past for the sale of my own property and was so happy with the service I received, that I wanted to use her again to help sell my father’s property. Everything went exceedingly smoothly and I was regularly kept in contact re progress of the house sale and any outstanding issues that needed to be addressed. The exchange of contracts and final completion of house sale went extremely smoothly and what can sometimes be a very anxious process was indeed in my experience relatively pain free!!! I would certainly recommend Georgina Jones as a highly competent solicitor in supporting you through the bureaucratic process of selling your/ or someone else’s home. Thumbs up Georgina and thanks for all your support and guidance throughout the sale of my dad’s property, very much appreciated.
