Emma was very supportive throughout our journey. We had a LISA for our deposit payment and given Emma's valuable experience, she had patience with us for the last of our bonuses to be paid so we benefit from the scheme. This flexibility meant that we were able to exchange contract, even without the full 10% deposit, which was later paid after all our deposits were topped up by the LISA bonus we were waiting for. Absolutely superb service! We had to deal with a very difficult lender and vendor and Guy Fernback, our solicitor, was extremely diligent, professional and committed to meeting the very tight deadline.
