We used Elite for both our home sale (Holly and her team) and onward purchase (Maxine and Erin), and were more than happy with the service we were provided. Elite were able to allow us to complete and move house all within a tight 3 month timescale, and provided an exemplary service that went above and beyond to make us feel like a priority customer. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

All the paperwork for us as last person in the chain was done quickly and milestones communicated to us. However there was a long delay from someone else in a 3 person chain. No information was given to us as to reason for months to the point when we were about to put our property up for sale again. Only at that point was I informed of the reason which meant we finally understood delay and reason for it. It would have been better if we had been kept informed as to why delay so we still understood purchase going through.
