    Eloise Herdman assisted in the probate/trust/IHT issues I had re my mother and father’s estate. She was so professional and explained everything in a clear and concise manner especially as I was overwhelmed by the legalities of everything.     We had an excellent trouble free experience in getting our wills and POA's prepared. An online meeting took place initially which enabled our requirements to be communicated and this led to a quotation being prepared which we accepted. The next step was to show our ID then the drafts were produced, we raised queries which were answered promptly. A final meeting took place to sign the documents. A certified copy of the Will has been received and our daughters have been sent the PAO's for signature. We can now file the documents and tick this off the to do list!

      Good at reaching milestones

      All the paperwork for us as last person in the chain was done quickly and milestones communicated to us. However there was a long delay from someone else in a 3 person chain. No information was given to us as to reason for months to the point when we were about to put our property up for sale again. Only at that point was I informed of the reason which meant we finally understood delay and reason for it. It would have been better if we had been kept informed as to why delay so we still understood purchase going through.
