My husband and I have recently made new wills and with the help of Natalie Hall of Eric Robinson Richmond. We found Ms Hall very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She drew up our wills in clear and precise language with a minimum of delay. I would highly recommend her services to anyone requiring a will or advice about an estate or estate planning.

Due to very stressful circumstances I needed the help of a solicitor to deal with activating a Power of Attorney, a Will and Grant of Probate, and a Deed of Variation. Jodi Hamlin dealt with all of this in a sympathetic and professional way and really eased the burden. Following this she then helped us rewrite our own wills. I have complete confidence in her advice and efficiency.

Unfortunately, because of the local location to me, I made the decision to use Eric Robinson Solicitor ( Bitterne office ) to process both my Father's and Mother's Probates. From the beginning the service was not as I would expect and sadly this deteriorated throughout my experience. The communication was a joke. After requesting a call back from my Solicitor, many times, rarely and almost never did it happen . I had to keep chasing to get answers. Sadly as time went by the situation worsened and eventually I had no option but to report the company to the Ombudsman, who dealt with it to my satisfaction. I would avoid using this firm for any reason whatsoever.
