I recently purchased a property with Merriman, and they were very professional & helpful in navigating a tricky & drawn-out process. Natalie Plank & later Kelly Carson & Daniel Slade were responsible for my case, and I felt I was in good hands throughout.

I have used Eric Robinson many time and this time I had Samantha and Cathy who were amazing. There was many stresses going on whilst selling my property due to my buyers solicitors being not that great. Samantha and Cathy persistently chased for results from them over and over again and it must have been a real headache for them but they are really professional and continued to push to get a result in the end. My sale did drag on longer than average but at no fault of Eric Robinson and all at fault with my buyers solicitors. Samantha and Cathy were ready almost two months ago and did a great job.

Used Eric Robinson Bitterne in the past and again more recently and will definitely use their services in the future. Samantha Gilby was exceptional and responded to all of my queries promptly, dealing with my case very efficiently.

We had changed solicitor without being notified and she was rude and no very approachable, overall disappointed and would not recommend

We never met our solicitor through out the case it was not fair and reassuring

We understand this and even though it is common for a property transaction to be conducted remotely, I am sure the lawyer managing your case would have happily met you in person or via an internet call, if requested.
