My godmother wanted a local solicitor, having moved area. She had decided to amend her Will and I found her a solicitor. Carole came to her home and was kind and supportive in the process, while being utterly professional. She answered questions any time they were asked and nothing was too much trouble.

When my father passed away I was distraught and the thought of having to deal with his Estate by myself was too much to contemplate. The reviews of Parfitt Cresswell were so good that I was immediately drawn to their Services and upon meeting Zoe, I was so pleased with her professionalism and warm heartedness towards my situation that I knew we could work together. Zoe, basically held my hand and guided me through the process and I will be indebted to her for her help in this process. I cannot speak so highly of her, her assistant Georgie and Emma on reception. Three lovely ladies who have helped me heal over the past 15/16 months. I would not hesitate to recommend Parfitt Cresswell to anyone and in fact have done so on several occassions. I will also turn to Zoe and her colleagues for further services in the future.

Drafting of my will and the 2 LPAs for Finance and Health were handled by Victoria and Abbie. Victoria was very empathetically listening to my wishes and making clear notes which she reviewed with me. She brought out all the legal points as well as the personal implications involved. There are many emotional aspects and she kept the focus on all the legal points while allowing me to feel safe in talking about my personal and emotional viewpoints. I contacted Parfitt Cresswell Solicitors when my daughter passed away in 2023. I did not know anything. It was not easy Mahreen Paswal and her team took over the case and things started getting sorted out.and by March 2026 the case was over. It was not easy and I am ever so grateful to Mahreen añd her team for being there for me and helping me..Thank you Mahreen and the team. God bless you all.

Both Gwen and Patuni were super diligent with our house sale. The service provided was excellent and they kept us informed at all stages. If we needed to speak to them they made themselves available. Even when Gwen had annual leave a colleague was available to review our sale. I would highly recommend Copley Clark, truly an exceptional service.
I have already recommended Zoe to family and friends - not just for the personalised and attentive service from the whole team, but for how they helped me navigate major life events (probate, wills) with a comprehensive and professional approach. Although I no longer live locally, Coleman’s / Parfitt Cresswell have been consistently reliable, and I would not have any hesitation to using them for any legal services I might need again in future
When we ask Mr J Andrew’s to make a will and Lasting Power of attorney for us we found him very pleasant and explained everything very carefully so we understood. We would recommend him anytime to family and friends. We will definitely use him again should we need too.

We recently completed the sale of a property where Parfitt Creswell (Windsor) acted for our buyers. What should have been a straightforward transaction took nine months to complete. In our experience, much of the delay appeared to be due to poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from Parfitt Cresswell. All parties involved spent considerable time chasing updates, often receiving no response for weeks at a time. I would not normally leave a review for a company I had not personally instructed, but the level of communication throughout this transaction was so poor that I felt it was important to share my experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Parfitt Creswell.
