I instructed Fehmina Farani in 2017 for my application on the basis of Human Rights and 7 years of my child. My case was quite complicated. She made the application first and then she litigated in the court for me. Despite of completed she won my case in short period of time. I am now granted discretionary leave. she was always available but also she was there for reassurance. I have to consent that I was quite worried that’s why I was demanding too. But she was always polite and professional. She had worked really hard on my case and eventually she won my case through an appeal procedure. The best part of her practice is that she is professional, focused but simultaneously polite. Her team is extremely helpful. I never had any problem of availability. She is always available and if she can’t take calls her team is available.
