So just thought to leave a review, a bit late (2 years to be precise) but couldn't recommend a better family solicitors. I won custody of my son 2 years or so ago with the help of Kerry and her team. As a dad it's never easy to get custody even with everything in your favour I know this but I couldn't of asked for better legal advice and help than I got here. Would recommend 100%.

I contacted Nelson’s on the recommendation of another client and was allocated Melanie Brigden. After the initial consultation I was more than confident that Melanie and of course Melanie 2 could handle this somewhat difficult case! Initially I went with a child arrangement order which both parents objected to but Melanie soon dealt with their objections and the order was given … I went for an SGO order as well and although it’s wasn’t granted didn’t feel it was anything to do with the lack of attention to detail by Melanie her hands were tied by social worker recommendation. This still didn’t stop Melanie pushing in court for the best outcome possible on the day .. I am totally happy my granddaughter gets to grow up in a safe , loving and stable future. I would recommend the two Melanie’s and employ them again in a minute .

Andrew has supported me on previous occasions and, whilst he has not formally represented me throughout my recent proceedings, he has continued to provide invaluable legal guidance and support. My case has been particularly challenging. Throughout the Family Court process, Andrew took the time to walk me through documentation, sense-check correspondence from the opposing solicitor, and was even available should I have needed immediate assistance during court hearings. This was also the case through my financial remedy. One might argue that this is simply part of the job and that Foys should expect no less. Andrew is a genuinely decent man, an exceptional solicitor, and a tremendous asset to Foys Solicitors. His experience, judgement and leadership are qualities that cannot easily be replicated. I understand that Andrew is now in the process of embarking on what I hope will be a long and enjoyable retirement.
