With some conveyancers, particularly the cheaper ones, you are left wondering who is waiting for whom, and whether anything is going on. With Nicola there is no need to chase and you are kept fully informed. At the same time, if there is a need for a discussion, the advice is clear, helpful and delivered without jargon.

Katrina acted on our behalf as our solicitor for the purchase of our first buy to let property involving separate representation, and I cannot fault the service she provided. She was thorough in her work, communicated brilliantly, acted promptly on any issues or requests, and was always just a phone call away should we have any questions. We will most definitely be using her services again in the future

I would like to highly recommend Karen. Over the last 25 years, I have been a property landlord and bought and sold many properties as a result. In my opinion she is the best solicitor due to her hard work in looking after her clients, progressing sales and communication to third parties. I would not hesitate to both recommend her services nor hesitate to assist me with such in the future. Thank you Karen!
