“As a new founder stepping into external legal counsel for the first time, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I run a niche business, and it was really important to me that whoever I worked with actually understood not just the legal side, but the vision, direction, and specific needs of what I’m building. From the very first conversation, she completely got it. She took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve, asked the right questions, and translated complex legal points into clear, practical guidance that made sense for my stage of growth. I never once felt overwhelmed or out of my depth, which, as a first-time founder with some legal knowledge massively helped make the process really efficient I felt supported, understood, and genuinely looked after throughout. For something that initially felt daunting, the experience couldn’t have gone smoother. It gave me real confidence as I take the next steps in growing my business. An easy 5-star service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carla to any founder, especially those taking their first step into external legal support.”
