Rebecca managed my interests in a share sale / restructuring transaction to facilitate my partial exit from a limited company. This was a fairly complex transaction involving setting up a new holding company, the transfer of shares, the sale of shares and new service agreements for the directors. To be honest I wasn't looking forward to working through the legal process to make this transaction happen but Rebecca (and the team at Forbes) made it seem easy. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

James and his team were very good and got my flat purchase done pretty quickly, only complaint really is as some of my deposit was a gift they wanted the gifters life story as well as a fee to process this, despite this already all being approved by my mortage provider. Other than this they were very good and responded to most queries I had within an hour or so and much better than other solicitors than my friends had used.

This was our third time with Sweeney Miller and again we found them incredibly helpful, this time with our flat purchase. David, Mel, Madison and team were all informative, diligent, persistent and professional throughout, despite the seller’s solicitor being less than helpful at times. We are happy to recommend this firm for conveyancing and are grateful for their support through a trying situation.

Rachel and Jamie dealt with my sale and purchase. Absolutely first class throughout can recommend highly.
