Top 10 of 2,123 law firms for Crown Court Representation, Crime/ Criminal Defence

Law firms ranked by client reviews

This work covers representing clients in Crown Court proceedings for serious offences, including trial advocacy, bail hearings, sentencing hearings, and related applications. A solicitor handles instructions from the client, reviews police and CPS files, negotiates with the prosecution, prepares and leads evidence, cross-examines witnesses, and handles post-charge matters such as appeals or sentence reviews. It also involves engaging with juries, expert witnesses, and court staff to secure the best possible outcome in a high-stakes environment.

Where a solicitor protects your position

A decision in the Crown Court can result in a substantial custodial sentence, long-term consequences for a client’s liberty, and lasting impact on family and employment. The solicitor’s role includes managing urgent bail considerations, ensuring fair trial standards, coordinating with expert witnesses, and pursuing suitable post-trial options while complying with professional and court-imposed deadlines.

Miłego dnia i wesołych świąt! (moje na pewno będą wesołe. ;)) (Translated by Google) I wanted to thank you for winning me a few good years of my life. Your law firm pulled me out of a very difficult situation, and I will be eternally grateful to you for that. I couldn't have received a better Christmas present. Mr. Barry did an incredible job during the trial. He fought for me from day one, which also gave me great motivation to defend myself during the hearing in court. He was 100% prepared (I told you that vacation before the trial was a good idea ;)). We had a rough start, but we managed to get out of trouble. You can be truly proud of the work you did. Best wishes from me and my entire family, and I will recommend A.M. Solicitors to everyone with a smile on my face. Have a nice day and a Merry Christmas! (Mine will definitely be a Merry Christmas! ;))
