While my case is ongoing, from the very start, Slater Heelis and Sylviane have been exceptional. When no one else was willing to take on my employment law matter, Sylviane and the team at Slater Heelis stepped in with unwavering support, expertise, and inclusivity. Sylviane has been amazing throughout the entire process, and I feel fortune to have her support. She guided me with clarity, continuously accommodated my circumstances, and always provided grounded, actionable advice that helped me move forward with confidence. Thanks to her, I now feel in a strong, empowered position, something I did not feel at the beginning. As a domestic abuse survivor who is neurodivergent, disabled, and from the LGBTQIA+ community, the incredible quality of service and affirming experience has been invaluable. Working with Sylviane has been brilliant, the expertise, empathy, and dedication are a joy to work with. In today’s often hostile climate, knowing there’s an inclusive, reliable option like Slater Heelis and Sylviane for employment law gives me reassurance for the community, that we won’t be ignored, and that there are options for support so we can seek justice and continue to live our lives with pride. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sylviane and Slater Heelis to my peers or anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality legal support, especially those who need an ally in employment disputes. Whatever happens with my case, thank you for being the support I desperately needed.
