“Today I had occasion to contact Michael Horne of Kidwells Solicitors(Bristol), as I was so incensed at receiving a debt collection notice for an offense committed at Bristol airport of stopping momentarily on red lines. Two parking charges were raised by the private company in charge of overseeing the airport. I was in dispute with the company and wrote two letters explaining the situation. I received a reply to one charge rejecting my reasons for non payment so I decided to pay this. However, I never received a reply for the second charge either confirming the charge or laying it aside. The debt collection agency when phoned, said a letter had been sent out via the Post Office, but we had never received this letter. We were told that until paid this debt would incur daily charges, at this point I contacted Kidwells.
