This would have 5 stars but i made the mistake of going into the branch where i was told that the only way i could speak to a solicitor was if i booked an appointment face to face and paid £300. This is not the case. As i am a person who likes to refer back to things i prefer to work using emails. I then decided to contact Rikki lee who i had dealt with before regarding a property issue.She was very helpful and referred me on to Leah Heckles who contacted me and was very thorough and professional and the matter was dealt with and resolved within 24 hours.
