Long story short, Tim was able to help me alongside my union put my employer into checkmate and got me a good settlement where all the admin and documentation was easy to access and come in timely manner thanks to Rachel. I work in the video games space that sadly sees not the best treatment for workers, so I am happy to recommend services based on my experience :)
