I had a brilliant experience working with Kasper and his team on both the sale of my London flat and my new house purchase. The sale involved some tricky leasehold, freeholder, and management company issues, but Kasper navigated them seamlessly. The team was extremely thorough and efficient throughout, making paperwork hassle-free with clear guidance on what to sign. Fast, professional, and exceptional value for money—I’d highly recommend Kasper and the team to anyone!

This was my partner’s and my first time buying a property, and the journey from initial contact through to exchange was excellent. Pete was always available whenever we needed him and made what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. We honestly couldn’t thank him enough for all his time, effort and support throughout the process. We would highly recommend RFB to anyone looking to get onto the property ladder. Thank you again, Pete, for everything!

I needed to rewrite my will, but needed to make sure it was 100% legal. Richard Agnew was friendly and helped me get the wording of my new will correct. He and his assistant Louise were very considerate of me being disabled and helped me into the office and out again. I would recommend. P Dale

We’ve been through a whole year of having to negotiate a will dispute. Utterly frustrated with being sent letters full of untrue accusations, in order to reverse the will of my partner’s late father. I was lucky enough to be recommended to Barton Law Ltd, by a lady at the Equity Release Council. We contacted Peter and as soon as we were in a position to use his services we did. We just wish we could have used him for all of it. Phenomenally positive and extremely pro active. I recommend Barton Law unreservedly.
