I had used Bishopsgate Law twice before and found them to be very efficient and professional. They had previously handled a property sale for me and separately and later a more complicated leasehold/freehold maisonette property purchase, both at a fixed price and in a timely manner. Therefore, I recommended them to my mother who was selling her house to cover Care home costs. We are very happy with the process and outcome. Marianna Fratello and her team carried out the conveyancing very efficiently and effectively. They communicated patiently and kindly with my mother who has hearing challenges and with me and my brother who supported her through the entire process. In fact, communications this time were even better than before with extremely rapid turnaround of queries and documents. On the few occasions we did need to speak, calls were returned promptly. What was a very difficult time for my mother was made as painless as possible for her. Costs are very clear, fixed and significantly lower than local solicitors. They have a no-sale/no fee policy. I would highly recommend Bishopsgate Law and will use them again in the future.
