Tier 4 (General) student visas cover study in England under the points‑based system. A solicitor helps with eligibility, obtaining a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), completing the visa application, and gathering supporting documents from the educational provider. They advise on maintaining attendance, work rights during study, and extensions or switching routes if the course or circumstances change, and handle any responses to UK Visas and Immigration decisions on your behalf.

Where a solicitor protects your position

The solicitor explains how delays, refusals or breaches can affect your stay, including potential curtailment or removal. They assist with document collection, regulatory obligations, and, where needed, appeals or administrative reviews, backed by professional oversight and regulatory accountability.
