I was forced to seek representation in an unexpected dispute with my sibling regarding the estate of my parent, for whom we were both designated executors. Michael was recommended to me and I could not have asked for better representation. He handled a very difficult issue during this emotionally charged time with a deep knowledge of the law, a keen understanding of human motivations and frailties, and a sensitivity to the need to manage legal costs. I was not happy to find myself in this situation, but very happy to have found Michael to help me through it. Through his guidance and firm but understanding presentation of the issues, I'm glad to report that not only was the outcome positive but also a potential permanent rift in the family was avoided. I hope I do not need such services again, but am glad to know that Michael would be there to guide me.
