    “This was a challenging BTL refinancing Alisha quickly spotted issues with the M&AA and how it should be addressed as well as a Land regustry notice that previous solicitors had not addressed meaning the loan could not be drawn down. Client had to get own legal advice but she offered initial help how to get this notice removed. The client i know was very appreciative . Communication was prompt and helpful throughout which really helped the client .
