“Helen, my solicitor, considered my case very carefully, and then offered me possible choices that could save time and cost. She always planned ahead that the things could happen and let me have sufficient time to prepare. My case is a little complex as it was involved with both UK financial setlement and overseas jurisdictions. She planned me to begin with simple matter -- get back land register (least cost), then pointed out, in case of need, receiving counsel advice and seeking barrister (more expensive). This was proved the most efficient as to process my case.”

“We have been trying to buy the land next to our house from the garden for a few years. Mohammed was really good and dealing with the council and pointed out things we would never have thought of. We ended up with a better deal on the conditions and restricions the council tried to put on the land. We are now really happy and hopefully be able to build the extension we wanted and enjoy our bigger garden. Thank you Mohammed”

“We recently sold our property with Aisling handling the conveyancing, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service she provided. From the outset, Aisling was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. She guided us through the entire process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Aisling kept us informed at every stage, was quick to respond to any questions, and always acted with our best interests in mind. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured there were no delays, and everything was completed on schedule. If you’re selling a property and want a solicitor who is knowledgeable, reliable, and a true professional, I would highly recommend Aisling. She made the whole experience far less daunting, and we’re extremely grateful for her support.”

“Diane was recommended to me by a lovely lady who sources properties for investors. From start to finish Diane & her lovely assistant Sara have been very helpful, professional & dealt with matters very quickly. This property purchase has been the quickest I've encountered! Diane also took the time to see me in person to explain everything to me as the lending company is not a mortgage company & she wanted to make sure I understood everything & was happy to go through with the purchase. She actually cares that her clients are fully aware of exactly what they are committing themselves to. Fantastic service & I will recommend Diane to everyone. Thank you so much Diane & Sara!”

“Positive and friendly encounters, whether by phone, email or in person - no bots involved. Also, my conveyance was dealt with in the space of a month, with the completion date set and kept. It is rare to find such efficiency in a team of solicitors. Highly recommended!”
