Good conversation with Tom regarding a boundary...investigation - understood the situation quickly, laid out the options clearly and, if we'd proceeded with legal action, the firm's rates seemed reasonable.

I have recently purchased my first home, and have been very impressed with my case handler Jasmine. The conveyancing process was made really easy for me, and I couldn’t be happier. I received frequent updates on the process, and very quick support whenever I needed it. On top of everything else, with short notice, I tried my luck and asked to move in at the end of the week, and Jasmine managed to bring the process to completion just in time. Which really helped me out! I am extremely happy to have used Gardner Champion, and for Jasmine to have handled my case. I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you!

We couldn’t be happier with the service Kirsty and her team (Nicky and Marcel) provided throughout the purchase of our first home. It was stressful at times but Kirsty made the whole process very easy and she was always very helpful. We would highly recommend!

Faye was fantastic as a first time buyer. She was always quick to respond to any questions, was very proactive when issues arose and made the whole legal process of buying a house not feel too stressful.

I have recently sold a house in Belvedere and purchased a property in Pagham. Kim Stringman acted for me and I am very impressed with the speed and professionalism Kim showed during both transactions. Kim is also very friendly and approachable- no question was ever too much trouble for her to answer for me. I highly recommend Kim.

I am truly grateful to Suzannah for her help and support in making our first home purchase a smooth and positive experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and attentive solicitor. Suzannah listening skills are truly top-notch!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Jordan Oakes and the team at SME Solicitors. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Jordan made everything so much easier. Jordan was fantastic throughout the process – his communication was excellent, he was always quick to respond, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and guide us through each stage. He was always happy to answer our questions and provide advice whenever we needed it. Even though Jordan was on annual leave when we exchanged, the wider team at SME were incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive, ensuring everything continued to progress smoothly. Thanks to Jordan’s hard work and the team’s efficiency, we completed our purchase in just 8 weeks, which was amazing. We always felt we were in safe hands and kept updated throughout. We would highly recommend Jordan and everyone at SME Solicitors to anyone looking for a professional, approachable, and reliable conveyancing team. Thank you for helping us buy our first home!
