We have been trying to buy the land next to our house from the garden for a few years. Mohammed was really good and dealing with the council and pointed out things we would never have thought of. We ended up with a better deal on the conditions and restricions the council tried to put on the land. We are now really happy and hopefully be able to build the extension we wanted and enjoy our bigger garden. Thank you Mohammed

I recently dealt with Martin Tolhurst Solicitors in connection with "adverse possession" of land at the rear of my garden. I am pleased to say that Richard Carter and his secretary Heidi Gray handled the transaction successfully and kept me informed at each stage until completion. D. Power Bexleyheath

I have a very pleasant experience working with Joanna and her team, absolutely professional attitude to all my questions and demands, they gave me full confidence and job has been done perfectly. Just for two and half months we finished a whole process for buying a house. Thanks

I moved house earlier this year and decided to go with Herringtons on a recommendation.. They were thorough kind and reasonably priced. My solicitor Yuan Ling Chen was brilliant and talked me through anything I didn't understand. She went above and beyond. I would go with Herringtons again.

We came across Sweeney Miller has a highly rated local solicitors to help us in purchasing a house in Sunderland for my mother-in-law to stay in. My wife and I live in Bermuda, and we approached a few solicitors to help us with the purchase. Sweeney Miller gave us a swift quote with accurate calculations of SDLT, which was ultimately the reason to proceed with them as others were either not quick enough or miscalculated the tax. Once on-boarded their solicitor portal was extremely helpful and transparent to know exactly where we were at each stage. Additionally, our contact throughout the whole process, Farzana Begum, was professional, prompt, clear, and receptive to any questions. They were extremely thorough with due diligence, searches and advised on any potential hurdles to the process. She was immensely accommodating of the time difference, which hindered usual communication times and overall, we could not be happier with the services rendered.

I cannot thank Stephanie Iddon and the team at Lilac Law enough for all their help with my Right to Buy purchase. From the very beginning of the process, the team was incredibly professional and dedicated, setting a wonderful tone right from the start. While the overall process turned out to be quite long, Stephanie was absolutely amazing at every single stage. She kept me constantly updated, made sure I always knew what was happening, and truly fought my corner the entire time. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm approach made a huge difference during a stressful time. Stephanie is a wonderful conveyancer and a fantastic advocate to have on your side. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a top-quality conveyancer. Thank you so much, Lilac Law, and a huge, heartfelt thank you to Stephanie Iddon!
