A client hadn't paid our services and we were unable to make any contact with them as they were ignoring all our communications. Using Feakes and Co, with one email, the client instantly contacted us and paid their bill promptly. We are so impressed and grateful with the service.

I have know Greg Hollingsworth for a number of years and when my business needed help, he was the man to help. The service was exceptional, I always new where we were in the process, which was to be the right outcome for us and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. I can honestly say it was a difficult time for us but they helped us no end. I would highly recommend Greg and his team.

Manpreet managed our case efficiently and was thorough in his work. He was very good at explaining the procedure and keeping us updated. Also explained the next steps well. His efforts led to a satisfactory outcome for our case.

As first time buyers we genuinely can’t be any happier! Leasa exceeded all our expectations. She had to deal whit a very unprofessional and uncooperative counterpart from vendor’s side and she has to so part of their job too! Despite this, she managed to get the job done within our personal deadlines, keeping us constantly informed about everything and tackling all the inevitable problems with experienced competence and firm attitude. We’re extremely happy about the whole process. Thank you. Luca and Bettina

We used Levi Solicitors on the recommendation of the estate agents that we had for selling our home. I am so grateful to Levi, especially Afsha Ayub and all of Team Ayub on the selling of our property, and again Lisa Wilson and all of Team Wilson involved in the purchase of our new home. From the out set of the procedure the communication by mail, and email, kept my wife and myself informed , and on the occasions when we needed to talk to someone to fully understand the conveyancing procedures we were treated with respect by both Teams who took time to explain and resolve our questions. The selling was fairly straightforward , our old house was 30 years old on a modern estate development, and we had lived there for 25 years. The purchase was the complete opposite, a barn conversion, a developer who had three conversions on the same plot as his own property. Lisa Wilson’s specialist knowledge on this type of property was incredibly useful, as the seller/developer was unaware of Land Registry problems on the property. At the very last moment in the process as this problem was exposed , the very clear and concise advice from Levi and Lisa in particular, helped me to fully understand my options, and I will be eternally grateful for the support we’re given at this time. Thankfully, the issues were resolved, and we were able to exchange contracts and complete soon after. A small hiccup with one document with Land Registry came to light and I am so glad the completion Team at Levi were dealing with this on our behalf I would recommend Levi to anyone thinking of buying and selling their house. I found that the Teams under the solicitor all work together, keep excellent records of phone calls and emails, and post, and their professional consistent and considerate approach to the client helps greatly in the stressful conditions that exist during the house moving processes.

Sarah Dureau assisted us with a recent litigation issue. Sarah was absolutely superb from start to finish, she guided us the entire way and really gave us the confidence to make some tough decisions. She kept us calm and was hugely professional throughout. We would recommend Sarah to anyone, she was factual and always on hand to answer any queries we had.

My husband and I have used the services of Newnham and Jordan on two occasions and found their staff Neil, Richard and Katie to be exceptionally supportive, keeping us informed and reassured throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend them highly enough to provide legal support. Thank you
