Right from the start we were impressed with kingsford's staff and their approach. Celia Willcock dealt with the conveyancing for our sale. From start to finish she was unfailingly helpful, efficient and approachable too. She dealt with consultations and issues as they arose in a very clear and concise manner, whilst also giving good advice. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always kept up to date with progress and requirements as they arose. The strong secretarial support form Donna and Nicola ensured things flowed smoothly and they were always available; making contact and getting responses was never a problem. Everyone from the reception staff up were always friendly and efficient. With everything taken together it made the whole sale process seem very straightforward, which belied the work we knew was taking place in the background.
