I was recommended to approach Giles Dobson at Martin Tolhurst as I had had a bad experience with a Solicitor based in Rainham whilst undertaking a negligence claim. Mr Dobson gave me clear and practical advice during the initial meeting and his fairness and competence has carried on throughout the case which resulted in a satisfactory settlement.

Just over a year ago we met Kiran after my wife was involved in a road traffic accident. She has helped and guided us from the start to the finish of our claim. Always incredibly professional whilst being approachable. Through her hard work we received more than we ever thought possible. We would highly recommend her for all your legal needs.

We were very impressed with the service given by Helen Grady and her team. At all times we were shown compassion and felt confident that my case would be handled with the utmost care. Helen is very thorough and tenacious, yet throughout what has been a traumatic journey has given reassurance and a personal service at all times. Thank you

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Hewitts Solicitors in Darlington. A professional and friendly relationship emerged during the few months of my claim, and a good outcome.

Help me deal with my issue very well. Even allowed payment plan when didn’t have enough funds available
