Top 10 of 2,597 law firms for Pedestrian E Scooter Claims, Personal Injury

Law firms ranked by client reviews

Pedestrian e-scooter claims cover injuries to people who are hit or harmed by electric scooters on footpaths, streets or shared spaces, where liability and compensation are pursued in English courts. A solicitor in this area investigates what happened, identifies liable riders or operators, and gathers medical, employment and financial evidence. They draft and negotiate initial statements of case, instruct medical experts, manage evidence, and liaise with insurers, witnesses and defendants to secure damages for pain, loss of earnings and care needs. Proceedings can hinge on fault, speed, and road users’ duties.

Where a solicitor protects your position

The key stakes are the potential for serious long‑term injury and the deadlines that apply to actions, which a solicitor helps safeguard by ensuring proper service, expert reports, and timely submissions. They advise on interim steps such as medical appointments, interim payments or accommodation needs, and they track whether liability is contested, settled or proceeds to court, with attention to insurance responses and any costs implications.

On arrival I tripped and had a heavy fall sustaining injuries. The accident form was filled in by a receptionist. I duly signed the document but failed to read it over, am error on my part but I was in much pain. Whether I was at fault or the receptionist misheard me. Later when I saw the report it appeared that it was not the report I expected.
