Kayleigh Bell provided exceptional support throughout what was an incredibly long, stressful and emotionally challenging family court case. From the outset, she took the time to understand every aspect of the matter, including serious allegations made against me, the fact-finding process, disputes regarding contact arrangements, educational and healthcare issues, and securing my son’s dual nationality passport. Her advice was always clear, measured and strategic. She was meticulous in her preparation, highly professional at all times, and gave me confidence throughout one of the most difficult periods of my life. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, the court made a shared care order, formally recognising the important role I play in my son’s life and ensuring that he will continue to benefit from a meaningful relationship with both of his parents. I used the firm to purchase a house and was not disappointed. This, however, was not my first time dealing with Hay & Kilner for various purchases of houses and land (not myself, but relatives). Communication was amiss in some cases, but certainly has improved drastically for myself this time around. My primary contact in the firm was Scott Oliver - Paralegal, he has always been very diligent and prompt answering any queries I had and offered reliable advice.

Thoroughly professional, friendly and approachable staff. Everything was explained clearly, questions answered, queries clarified. It was our first meeting at their new premises and the only issue for us was finding convenient parking!!
