There is no describing Sonia other than an absolute hero. I was in a very sticky position when I got in touch with Sonia and I feel like she saved my life. She is very switched on and honestly knew her job like the back of her hand. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I had a very complex custody battle and she would drop everything to be by my side when it counted. Her support and guidance is the only reason I am sat with my children today. I will never have the right words to describe this woman, she remains top topic in all of our family conversations on how amazing she truly was. I felt this wasn’t just a job to her but she also cared and that meant so much when going through the toughest time of my life. Was taken to Family Court and was so nervous, for months i struggled as the court date approached. As soon as Sonia was allocated to me, everything just became such a breeze. It felt amazing to finally be heard and understood by someone who truly cares about what they're doing. Her communication was clear, I was about to reach out regarding any questions I may have. Had the legal aid for family matters Not somewhere I would return unfortunately Contact is poor, when talking you feel rushed and not listened to. I honestly wish I went to a more passionate team as I would of probably got better results..
