After being let go by another law firm, I came across Goodlaw Solicitors and was assigned Suzanne Dodd as my solicitor for my family court case. From our very first conversation, Suzanne has been understanding, calm, patient, and compassionate. Family proceedings are incredibly stressful and emotional, but she has always taken the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed or dismissed. She explains everything clearly, keeps me informed, and makes sure I understand what is happening at each stage. What has stood out most is that she genuinely cares and has treated me with kindness and respect throughout. After my previous experience, I had lost confidence, but Suzanne has helped restore that confidence and has made me feel that my voice matters. Having a solicitor who not only has legal knowledge but also shows empathy has made such a difference during one of the hardest periods of my life. We first got to know these Solicitors 5 years ago ,they came on our journey with us . Always had time for us no matter how small the question,they helped us through sad hard times nothing was to much trouble for them . They came every step of the way with us and fought hard and fair for us . James King is an excellent ,trustworthy kind Solicitor and Hannah was just above and beyond for us . Every step we went through was explained in language we understood . Infact without them our life could of ended so different but they fought hard for us ,to which we are truly grateful.

Very friendly customer service, we just needed some basic documents signed, three other solicitor offices in the area said no, GoodLaw said yes straight away, they were very friendly and accommodating and their charge was very reasonable.
