Sophie Kendall from their Middlesbrough branch was handling my personal injuries claim with CICA. It was not straightforward as CICA took about 18 months to finally settle it and tried to even say that I was not eligible for a payout. However throughout the whole process Sophie remained very professional and helpful and kept me updated whenever CICA gave her an update. Dan and Karen were incredible throughout our purchase. We had a very tight time frame, it was a very sensitive and stressful situation and was not a straight forward transaction. We recently had simple mirror wills drawn up at the Wakefield office. Casey handled the process quickly and efficiently and offered advice when requested. Overall we thought the service was excellent.
