Excellent service
We live in a different area to them but honestly it was so easy with all the security checks and paper work it worked well , we have a portfolio and will use them for all our properties , Tanya was quick to respond and easy to get hold of , we had a very smooth exchange , her advise was greatly revived on all matters of the sale , highly recommend .

Excellent residential conveyancing
Tanya was critical to our successful purchase of a new home which proved to be somewhat challenging owing to a number of factors outside of our control. She was extremely thorough, empathetic and above all else professional throughout the process. We were particular grateful for her regular updates, communication and guidance, particularly as timelines became more and more compressed. I would highly recommend her and Ison Harrison to friends and family.

Smooth transaction and kept well informed
We recently sold our house and Tanya was carrying out the conveyancing for us. We were kept at all times completely informed with the progress via email and as such felt confident that things were moving along as hoped. Previous house sales through the years have left us feeling in the dark so to speak by the solicitors. Tanya was also a pleasure to speak with, being professional but friendly with it. All in all a brill service which we wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Tanya @ Ison Harrison. Sale and Purchase
Tanya has been absolutely fantastic throughout what turned out to be a more complicated sale and subsequent purchase.
We had a land registry issue involving an adverse possessory title process. Tanya and the team at Ison Harrison managed everything efficiently and our sale and purchase completed today. We would highly recommend Tanya to anyone!
