Tasha has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole divorce process. At the beginning I really had no idea what to do and Tasha has guided me through as well as giving me excellent advice. It was a difficult divorce both emotionally and practically and Tasha's support was unwavering. I can't imagine how I'd have managed without her help and I would certainly have ended up financially in a mess. Tasha has been completely reliable, very professional and extremely capable throughout, as well as understanding and supportive. I'm extremely grateful for everything she has done for me.

Tasha has been incredible throughout what has been a very difficult process for me. Many times, I have arrived for a meeting in floods of tears, and she has provided sound and balanced advice whilst giving me the professional comfort I needed. I never doubted that she had my best interests at heart. When going through something that was way more traumatic than it needed to be, the most important thing for me was to feel valued. Tasha valued me; she listened, heard me, and handled everything promptly and in good time. I shall miss our meetings!

I cannot recommend Ross Phillips and the team at Goughs Solicitors in Melksham highly enough. Having initially instructed a solicitors in Warminster to deal with my divorce and the associated financial matters, I ultimately made the decision to move to Goughs Solicitors. From the moment I switched, the difference was remarkable. Ross took the time to properly understand my situation and guided me through what was, at times, a very difficult and stressful process. Divorce and financial matters can be incredibly complicated and emotionally draining, but Ross was always professional, knowledgeable, approachable and reassuring. Natasha is a wonderful solicitor. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and clearly really cares about her job. She also manages to navigate her work in a very human, kind and compassionate way. I felt I could completely trust her, and like I clearly understood what was happening at all times. The sale of my rental property was protracted, initially due to the original buyer having to pull out. The second buyer's solicitors were difficult to deal with and Jess and her team were very on the ball replying to the queries raised. The sale and purchase were completed eventually, but only through their professionalism and determination!

Very helpful however gave us a hidden fee once we completed that was not quoted
I went to Goughs in Melksham to get a cetified copy of our LPoA requested by Wiltshire Council. I had the original with me, issued by the Office of Public Guardian. They refused to do it as they hadn't done the LPoA with us. Surprised at their response and disappointed!
Excellent service. I used Goughs when my solicitor went bust. The quality of Sophie Laird's work was excellent. Conveyancing is never an easy process, but a good solicitor is worth their weight in gold. Would definitely use again.
