Terrible
Terrible experience First of all, the communication was fantastic until they received money. Then all communication ceased, every time we called they didn’t answer. The worst part was when we were moving into our first home. We received our exchange of contact date and that was the day we were supposed to move in. That morning (9AM) we went to the solicitors to sign contracts and sent the relevant payments and then went to meet the estate agent. We then heard NOTHING for the rest of the day. We had all of our belongings packed but couldn’t move in as they had not sent our money to the estate agent. We waited until 5:30 then began to panic call with no answer. They called the estate agent saying they hadn’t done the land registry. So the entire day that we were supposed to move in they were stalling as they forgot to do the land registry. We lost the day and had to move in the following day, meaning we lost our annual leave even though we didn’t move in. AVOID AT ALL COST.
