Sale of family home
Existing client of Ison Harrison for probate matters, but a pleasure to deal with Faye and Adrian on a conveyancing matter. not that great
hardly any communication throughout the process ended up dealing with people from my mortgage myself as they couldn’t even get in contact with them. would expect a lot more when i am paying over £1000 for a service. if anything solicitors where a hinderance to my process as some paperwork wasn’t filed until a month after i sent it and was confirmed that it had been received. really expect much more for the amount they charge

Shared Ownership House Purchase
Ison Harrison did the conveyancing for my new house, I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Adrian and Joanne were very helpful and all my enquiries were answered quickly. Everything related to the house purchase went smoothly and happened when it should.

Great service and would use again
Great service throughout, I was always kept up to date and both Faye and Joanne were always very responsive. Would definitely use IH in the future and recommend for anyone requiring solicitors.

Property Coveyancing
Second time I have used Ison Harrison for property conveyancing on a leasehold property and had a great experience with them both times. Each time was with a different solicitor. I found them to be very personable, easy to contact and always worked to my best interests. I really like that I was assigned a specific solicitor to work on my behalf rather than having a pool of different solicitors that could work on my behalf. The continuity of the same solicitor is very beneficial for progress, especially in more complex cases. Would definitely recommend them for property conveyancing.
