Having been a Director at two previous law firms, Richard joined Ison Harrison Solicitors as a Partner and Head of Corporate in February 2019. Richard brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of legal issues such as corporate and commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution and associated employment related issues. This range of experience means that Richard is ideally suited to advising business on the plethora of legal issues they can face on a daily basis. Richard has previously advised national financial institutions, car manufacturers and an international pharmaceutical company but his passion is for helping local SME’s and Owner Managed Businesses to achieve success through strong legal support and compliance. Clients recognise Richard for his commercial awareness and that his ‘aims focused’ approach to the provision of legal services means that he advises clients in a manner designed to help them achieve their long term goals. Sale of Domiciliary Care Company and associated office building
The whole experience was protracted and drawn out, primarily due to the lack of experience of the buyers solicitor who kept requiring ever-increasing due diligence from us. The sale was programmed to go through on April 5th 2023 and eventually completed October 20th.
However, this is no reflection on the wonderful support, advice and professionalism that we, as sellers, received from Richard at Ison Harrison Solicitors. He has steadied the ship through the difficult and often frustrating waters and kept the four of us sane and advised throughout.
Personally, I could not give a higher recommendation and will definitely see if we can use him again when we eventually sell our care home. Thank you Richard and all of your team! 1st class!
