Outstanding Service - highly recommended
I have now had the pleasure of buying and selling a property through Ison's - on both accounts their team, structure and process have been outstanding. While other firms are [rightly] criticised for online platforms, lack of communication, and a whole range of ambiguity around stages and processes, from the off both Tyler and Nefisa have provided a service that has surpassed my expectations by a considerable margin. Emails receive almost instant replies, updates are available and ready at hand, communication is fantastic and nothing ever feels like you are asking too much - this is, in my opinion, the definition of exceptional service, you feel at the forfront of their considerations. Where challenges or delays do arise, these are clearly conveyed to you with updated timeframes and parameters whilst maintaining realistic timings and expectations. I could not have hoped for two easier transactions - to anyone searching for a good, reliable solicitor(s) for any conveyancing needs, your search has come to an end - instruct Ison's, they are excellent.
