We chose Ison Harrison as they specialise in New Build conveyancing, we were buying with David Wilson who provided the contact . Charlotte and other members of the team handled the sale of my previous home and the new one . All forms were done online ,which despite this being a new way of doing things for ourselves, was very straight forward and secure ,with encrypted documents and passwords given for security and clear guides on how to use provided by Charlotte ,who was always available to contact in case of difficulty.

Charlotte did a great job with a simultaneous Mortgage and Remortgage. She communicated well, was helpful and friendly. I requested that the funds be sent early on completion and this was finalised by 9.30am which was a great help.

Slick and impressive service
As a first time buyer, we were very nervous about the process and constantly had questions. Charlotte and her team were always on hand to answer anything thay we threw their way and set our minds at ease.

We were assigned Charlotte for our home sale, very efficient, however, follow up could be better.
I would expect our solicitor to introduce herself at the start of the house buying process, explain the process and what is required of us as first time buyers but there was nothing.
We had to keep ringing their office to find out what happens next which was another struggle as we always never get connected with her.
Overall, she is very efficient in her job but as first time buyer, I wish we could be more supported throughout the process considering we paid for her soliciting services and did not get it for free.

Great experience
Moving to a new build, everything was fast-paced and frenetic. Charlotte was always on the ball and helpful. It made a stressful situation so much more palatable.
