I don’t think I will ever truly be able to put into words what Lynne’s support has meant to me. She came into my life during one of the most frightening, stressful and emotionally exhausting times I have ever experienced, and from the very beginning I felt that she genuinely listened to me, understood me and cared about what I was going through. There were so many times when I was scared, overwhelmed and beside myself with worry. Lynne never dismissed those fears or made me feel like they didn’t matter. She listened, reassured me and always made sure I understood my options. At a time when I desperately needed someone to believe in me and what I was fighting for, I felt completely heard and supported. I had previous experience with another solicitor at another firm, and the difference was honestly night and day. With Lynne, I never felt like I was simply another case or another name on a file. When court eventually became my last resort, Lynne carefully talked me through the process, prepared me for what was ahead, and we took it one step at a time together. She never made light of what I was going through. Sometimes I just needed to talk through the little worries and niggles going around in my head, and she always found the time to get back to me promptly. That meant more to me than she probably realised. Jan was also an incredible support throughout. She showed the same compassion and professionalism as Lynne and they worked exceptionally well together ensuring I was kept informed in real time and supported at the drop of a hat if I needed it. I am incredibly grateful to her too. Having Lynne beside me made an unbearable situation less lonely. It can be difficult to believe anyone really understands what you have been through and continue to post separation but Lynne did. Without her, I genuinely don’t know how I would have found the strength or courage to keep going and keep fighting for the justice and protection my family needed. The case eventually concluded with the outcome we had hoped for. After everything it took to get there, that is something I will never take for granted. Looking back at where I started, how frightened and overwhelmed I was, and everything it took to reach that point is incredibly emotional. I will never be able to thank Lynne enough for what she has done for me and my family. Her compassion, professionalism, honesty and dedication made an incredibly painful experience bearable. I truly could not have done this without her, and I will always be grateful that she was the person in my corner throughout it all.

I honestly can’t thank the team enough for everything they did throughout my case. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, and I was always kept informed about what was happening. They took the time to listen to me, my concerns, and my views, and I always felt that my voice mattered. I never felt pressured into making decisions, and they made sure my wishes were put forward and respected throughout the process. My solicitor Alannah, took over my case part way through, which I was understandably a little anxious about, but she was absolutely brilliant! We had a good experience with this firm. Communication was good and work was timely. We were kept up to date at every stage.

My request on email was answered by a TRAINEE in COMMERCIAL PROPERTY. Unsure, if he would have the expertise to judge whether or not a Private Client, Wills and Executries Solicitor/partner would have been interested in supporting me! Very disturbing especially as they were recommended to me by a legal eagle!

Forida was extremely patient with me. She explained the process and the complexity of my wishes and incorporated what I wanted into my Will.

Excellent Will writing service. Forida Begum was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and clear. I highly recommend her.

So on 9/12/25 contacted Balfour & mason spoke to colin Lamont about my situation I’ll call u tomorrow as I’ll need to speak to someone more superior well no phone call were now into Jan 2026 this company just wastes ur time have the screenshots just in case avoid no one gives a dam shows what they think about potential customers avoid

We used Balfour and Manson for the sale and purchase of our home, and we worked with Adeeb from the beginning and he was fantastic. Comms were great, he clearly explained everything and answered our many questions. We would highly recommend this firm, and if you can work with Adeeb - an added bonus!
