I'd like to record my appreciation here for the service given by Lola Pacheco in applying for and securing Spanish citizenship for myself and my two adult children. Lola replied promptly and helpfully to my every question and request for advice over the long and complex process, even when on holiday breaks. Detailed and thorough instructions and paperwork were provided. Thank you so much Lola and Buckles.
It's a tale of two halves.... The first lawyer left the employment and a second took the instruction... That made all the difference, great communication answered all my queries and really pulled back the service. It does feel odd doing everything online and not physically engaging with a lawyer but then I'm probably an age that hasn't quite jumped on the full digital band wagon. The pricing was competitive compared to other quotes, but accurate on the final costs. All in all a positive experience.

I was referred Lola through a friend, she helped with applying for Spainish nationality. She was so helpful and always able to answer and questions I had. She guided me through the process which without would have been very difficult. I recommend Lola definitely 👌

There the worst people. Cold call the family to charge per mins calls to profit. Make unnessesary work for themself. To charge obv From start to finish very dark minded people. Please don't let these guys take all your deceased relatives money through charges they made up. Please if they do please don't accept it
Don't use them for probate or will related, they take advantage of the situation. 2yrs still no closer to probate. Billed me for them calling a wrong number, billed me for them writing to wrong address, billed me twice for a clerical error on their part. Still no probate sorted. Take advantage of you grieving for lost ones. Save your money and find a better solicitor.

Extremely poor service. We sought advice from them as the said the were experts in cross boarder matters. It quickly became clear that they were not. We sought advice on the question of Brussels 4 and not once were they prepared to address the question. The only time it was mentioned was to say they couldn't address it without a fee. We paid the fee to find out they had no idea wanted to ask our french notaires for advice. We asked for a refund which was refused. Now we have to proceed to ombudsman and failing that small claims court. This is a pint of principles and I refuse to back down until I get a full refund. Avoid this firm.

Poor experience Caused delays over priced stayed away

Very professional practice meeting deadlines with ease, and very prompt response to all enquiries. I have been most impressed with the work that has been provided to ourselves as well as the service from a thoroughly nice Team.
