    Helped me get a new clinet

    I had to get a DPA done as part of checks that a client requested from me. This was before they signed and paid for my services, so I need this done quickly. Given the fact I work in an emerging sector I got a DPA within 7 working days and was able to get my client over the line.

    James has been incredibly helpful and flexible with a recent review of a complex framework agreement that was required with a very fast turnaround. Not only was James very clear, open and understanding about our commercial objectives, but helped us understand the nuances of legal phrasing and the associated risks for consideration. With calls and discussions that often ran late into the evening, we were very happy with the final outcome, which was successful for our team.     Genuinely caring, professional, practical service

    Michael supported me through a business contract dispute where I was being bullied by a large corporation. His advice went above and beyond and gave me an honest and realistic view of the situation. He took the time to go through all of the options and the contracts in detail and advised me as to how I could best go about tackling the issue. After some persistence it paid off – I won without having to go to court which has been game-changing for my business.     Amazing.

    Recently helped me with the purchase of a business and lease contract. Incredibly friendly and was treated equally. Very attentive with e-mails and telephone. Excellent at problem solving. Was never pressured into spending more money than neccesary to get the case dealt with. There was always somebody who could help available, as there was more than one person in the loop. Would 100% return for any legal matters in the future
