Just an idea but could you perhaps offer an insurance product which could cover the legal fees in case a sale falls through after verbally agreeing a sale but before exchange when the buyer just changes their mind?
My husband and I have been with Field Seymour Parkes since the 1970s. Mr Pat Daley was our first solicitor - a lovely man. After all these years, although staff have come and gone, I still believe that FSP is one of the best in Reading. Keep up the good work.
Sam made me feel important and had my interests at the forefront of negotiations with buyers solicitors - it was truly appreciated and made me feel valued.
