Superb from start to finish
Ben and Naomi were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, in both the sale of our house and buying a new build. Every time there was a query I would receive a reply from Ben within minutes. He even stayed at work late when there was a hiccup down the chain for final completion. having had a couple of recent bad experiences with solicitors, I cannot recommend this firm enough. Thir fees were also extremely competative. Thank You.

Buying and selling process
I received a really good service from Bridget and Janet at the Darwen branch.
They were both easy to communicate with, always responded and if Bridget wasnt available her colleague Janet would connect with me.
Bridget was really knowledgeable in the buying a new build which was a godsend. I found it all a bit irritating to be honest but she calmed me with her knowledge and approach which I fully appreciated.
My house chain was particularly frustrating, slow responses, etc, and Bridget tried to help as much as she could. She was empathic and understanding of how stressful it all was. This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a positive review for solicitors and I have used many!!
I would highly recommend Bridget & Janet for your conveyancing needs.

I was appointed Shaunna Nutall and her colleagues with the buying and selling a property from August to September. Their communication was very professional and excellent, and always kept me up to date, every step of the way until the end, so i had no need to keep ringing to know what was going on. I have bought and sold many properties in the past, and can quite honestly say they have been the best solicitors to date and would recommend them to all.

Have no clue what they are doing.
Had no clue about the amount I had to pay when I asked 3 times then hit me with a bill that was £1500 too high with what was expected 4 days before completion of my new house. Also lost my paperwork twice. Do not recommend!

Exceptional Conveyancing Service
We received an excellent service from Watson Ramsbottom, our case involved a legal technicality which was swiftly overcome by the professionalism of our solicitor and the service that Watson Ramsbottom provide. I really cannot see any benefit from instructing any other law firm in our local area, and we would recommend Watson Ramsbottom to anybody else looking for to instruct a conveyancer to purchase a property.
