I would highly recommend Nemanja at Slater and Gordon. She was very professional and friendly and I always felt like she was on my side. She kept me up to date with how the case was progressing, and gave valuable advice. I have never had to deal with a solicitor before but Nemanja helped me understand what was happening and it calmed a very frustrating situation. If anyone else reads this and isn't sure what to do, don't hesitate, thay we're amazing. Thank you.

If I could rate zero I would. DO NOT use this firm if you want trust and as your spending a lot of money for a service, trust should be a given. I’m currently taking them to Ombusdman. They add unnecessary phone calls and emails to their bill, people put their name on the bill I’ve never been explained who they are or what they’re doing working on my case, question go unanswered, they don’t respond in a timely manor but will say it’s due to staff being on leave. They partially double their quote but slipping it in to an email, without mentioning the quote would be go up and explain their reasoning. You are then tied in for a long period of time as they have 7 weeks to investigate your complaint and no other solicitor is keep to take on a case that’s with Ombusdman. Be warned. Stay away. They see pounds signs and nothing else.

Amazing that you can do a name change WITHOUT seeing any photo ID

Francesca Grey was so helpful during my initial family law consultation. The breakdown on what is required to be done and the advice was excellent. I would want Francesca to represent me through my divorce journey.

Jodie was friendly, she put me at ease, listened to the details of my circumstances and answered my (many) questions. She gave me clear information and advice on the next steps I should be taking. The typical costs involved were also discussed. As a result of our conversation, I feel much less daunted by the divorce process.

Atrocious services. Firstly, we have now found out that they provided incorrect legal advice on multiple items. Their letters are filled with incorrect grammar and incorrect information, which they then charge you for time to correct if you highlight the items and lastly, which is the most significant issue… despite them knowing the whole situation and being asked on more than one occasion not to do so they shared the new postal address of their client with a former abuser. Not only a massive breach of Data Protection but is also incredibly dangerous given the situation that they where fully aware of… Please avoid this company if you can.

This firm have been present and engaged throughout my wife’s case. She received regular professional updates and the fees were explained in full. They have pushed on to a successful outcome and we can’t thank them enough
