Other reviewers are correct: work seems to be completed by inexperienced juniors. In my experience they have conveyancing technicians acting as solicitors with seemingly no supervision. You don't want to be taking risks on something as big as a house purchase. I'd say, go with somewhere else.

5* Victoria Hands is not only an exemplary professional, but is also personable, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will genuinely miss our daily/weekly catch-ups! We were dreading the buying and selling process, with us both having never done it before and only had difficult conveyancing experience in the past with just buying or selling alone, so we weren’t excited about the prospect of a chain. We were also under huge pressure to get into the parish for school applications, so we were stressed about timescales and efficiency of the process. Victoria rang to introduce herself, how we would work and the process and it just got better from there. We set our timescale expectation at the start, and she never lost sight of that – efficiently getting us through the enquiries, paperwork and keeping us continually updated all the way through. Her efficiency was so great we would have finished the process in just 9 weeks start to finish if it weren’t for others in the party. Never the less, she still managed to get us in a week ahead of schedule – and to complete in 11 weeks from start to finish is amazing for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Victoria at Rowlinsons, and she will be who we go back to if ever we want to move in the future!

Buying my house was a nightmare from the seller's side. Sammy had to put up with not only the other solicitors' incompetence but also my being an annoying child at the time, as frustration grew. Sammy at Rowlinsons was amazing and handled the pressure much better than I did. If you have any issues with buying a house, i would fully recommend Rowlinsons in a heartbeat. Unfortunately for them, we are already looking for our next house, so they will have the pleasure of my company all over again.

An extremely disappointing and distressing experience by Rowlinsons Family Law team (now apparently disolved) at the direction of Linda Hunter (head of family law) during divorce financial remedy proceedings. Despite her role being limited to financial matters, she repeatedly interfered in issues concerning child contact, which were entirely separate and unrelated to the matters in hand. Most concerning was the fact that these actions led to unnecessary delays and, at times, outright prevention of access to my child—causing emotional harm not only to me but also to the child and wider family. This overreach was not only in my opinion unethical, but also extremely harmful. Rather than focusing on a fair financial resolution, she appeared to exploit contact issues as leverage, which is deeply inappropriate and contrary to a child’s best interests. Her lack of professionalism and empathy during such a sensitive period made a painful process significantly worse. I would strongly advise others to be cautious if you expect your solicitor to act with integrity and remain within the bounds of their professional role.
We have no record of you being a client of Rowlinsons. From the information provided we assume you were on the other side of a family matter and as such we are unable to discuss this with you. It’s unclear why you have decided to send this review now, the Solicitor you mention left Rowlinsons nearly 18 months ago. Rowlinsons family law department was never dissolved, this is false information. This review has been reported to Google for harassment as it specifically attacks an individual and you are not a client of the firm. We kindly ask that you remove this review.

Excellent value for money and so easy to use the app provided, the times I rang I was put through straight away and my questions answered. Highly recommended and a great choice you wont regret :-)
